This is a letter of thanks and praise for the outstanding job you did installing our new carpet last December.

The new carpet has clearly been laid by experts. It is smooth, with no wrinkles or ridges, and the edges are sturdily bound off. Equally clearly, it is a high-quality carpet - easy to vacuum and easy to spot clean when necessary - so far, no stains, either. And it goes perfectly with our decor - cat hair blends right in.
