MEET OUR EMPLOYEES

Richard Rohr- Owner/Operator

Richard has been in the carpet/flooring business for many years. He is a Certified Technician with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC), in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning, Odor Control, Color Repair, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation, Health & Safety Technician, and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician. He is a Master Textile Cleaner and  Journeyman Water Restorer. Richard is the father of two boys, both of whom have proved that they are more than capable of helping their dad clean carpets on the job.

Allen Rohr - Carpet Technician

Allen Rohr, full-time grandpa and Rich's brother, has worked with Rich on various carpet jobs over the years, but he recently joined full time. Like Rich, Allen is a third-generation carpet installer with years of experience in the business. He cleans, installs, and repairs. Allen is certified in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, and Carpet Repair.

Kay Rohr- Office Manager

Kay is the wife of Richard and takes care of the bills and taxes for the business. 

Euletta Zollinger-Secretary/Sales/Accounting

Euletta serves as an office and finance coordinator in our office. She is a former retiree from many years of management work, and we are very glad to have her experience in the office.

Tracy Hallam - Upholstery Specialist

If you wish to have your favorite chair, sofa, or rug professionally cleaned, Tracy is your specialist. She handles estimates and is responsible for the cleaning of furniture, area rugs, and other delicate fabrics. She has been trained and certified by the IICRC in both Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. Additionally, Tracy handles some of the office work and cleans carpets with the team. Occasionally, Tracy's young daughter joins her in the office.

Ryan Johnson - Technical Coordinator

Ryan joind the PCS team in June of 2009 on a part time basis, and has since joined full time after taking on several duties. Ryan is certified by the IICRC in both Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, and works on both when he is needed. Ryan also designs, in coordination with Richard Rohr, most promotional items for the store. Ryan is extra busy these days, as he is a brand new father.
